RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION
In order to guarantee your reservation, a deposit equal to your first night's stay must be received no less than 1 week in advance of your arrival date. You may pay by personal check (US banks only) or travelers checks. Payment by mail should be made out to
Carruth House
and sent to 30 Beaumont St, Dorchester, MA 02124-5008, USA.
If you are reserving fewer than 7 days in advance, a deposit by credit card can guarantee your reservation only through a
PayPal
account. This is the payment tranfer system used by eBay.com on the internet for its secure transactions. Payment by PayPal should be sent via their secure system to
payment@carruthhouse.us
. PayPal currently supports sending and receiving payments in countries all over the world. Check their website for details.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT
The balance of payment is required
on arrival
by
cash
or
nationally recognized traveler’s checks
in
US$
only. If you wish to pay the entire amount by PayPal, please add 2.5% for US bank transactions or 5% for international transactions to the balance due on arrival to cover my cost.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel and give us a full 7 days notice, you will be charged a service fee of $25 and the remainder of any advance payment will be refunded. If you cancel fewer than 7 days in advance of your stay and we are unable to re-book, you will be charged for the first night of your stay. Any refunds on payments made by personal check or travelers checks will be made by check from Carruth House. Any refunds on payments made by PayPal will be refunded through PayPal.
